I will create a personal training plan with you and give you tips for your nutrition. This plan is ideal for those who want a more in-depth introduction to personal training or who want to supplement their workout routine.

want to achieve your prioritized fitness goals. In addition to personalized workouts and nutrition tips, you will also receive a training plan for the gym and at home.

12 SESSIONS

Perfect for those who want intensive support and want to reach their fitness goals quickly by having 2 trainings per week. This plan will give you enough time to track your progress and perfect your workout routine.
